1. What types of products do you sell?
We offer a select range of high-quality winter clothing. This includes jackets, sweaters, hoodies, and other essentials for cold weather, all designed for comfort, style, and warmth.

Browse our collection, pick the items you like, and check out securely using PayPal.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only. This allows safe payments through your PayPal account, credit card, or debit card.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs a flat rate of $2 per order, no matter how many items you buy.
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing.
6. What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 5 PM (local time) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or modify your order before 5 PM on the same day it was placed. After that, the order may already be processed or shipped.
8. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent by mistake.
9. How do I request a refund?
Contact us at support@zolfinx.com with your order details. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund back to your PayPal account.
10. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
12. How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you will get a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.
