Returns 

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return: 

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. 

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Return Shipping Costs 

Customers must pay for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent by mistake. 

Refund Processing Time 

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. 

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal). 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item: 

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution. We will either replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund. 

Order Cancellations 

You can cancel orders before 5 PM (local time) on the same business day. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Undergarments or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)  
Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
