At Zolfinx, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality winter clothing safely, quickly, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle orders and deliveries.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

2. Shipping Cost

Flat Rate Shipping: $2 per order  

No matter how many items you purchase, you’ll only pay one flat shipping fee.

3. Order Processing Time

Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days  

Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days  

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  

Orders placed before 5 PM local time are processed the same business day.  

Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s performance.

5. Shipping Carrier & Tracking

We use trusted U.S.-based carriers, such as USPS or UPS, for safe and timely delivery.  

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped, so you can follow your package until it arrives.

6. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your package within the expected delivery time:  

Check your tracking number sent by email.  

Confirm the shipping address used during checkout.  

Contact our support team for assistance.  
We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Zolfinx is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:  

Take clear photos of the damage, including the product and packaging.  

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.  
We will provide a replacement or refund as needed.
